Computer Graphics

This elective course will teach the Elements and Principles of Design through the medium of computers and digital technology such as digital cameras.  It is great for students who are interested in learning to use new technologies and using them to create art in immediate and real-life ways.  Students will use scanners, digital cameras, Wacom Tablets, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and possibly web-based creative programs.  We will study Visual Culture and the impact of visual images on society today.  This is a great course for anyone interested in using Technology in a career in the future.
